Arkania Teleport(VIP Only)
You can teleport to Arkania & Arkania2 using banners.
Arkania Banners will be equipped as rings.
You cant teleport out from Arkania & Arkania2 if you have equipped banner
After reset you will be teleported back to Arkania or Arkania2 instead of default cities.
