The Magic Gladiator is a combination of the Dark Knight and Dark Wizard, and can be unlocked as a new class when your character reaches level 220. He cannot wear a helm, and has four sets of class specific armor though he can also wear many of the Dark Knight and Dark Wizard armor. The Magic Gladiator can run without the need of +5 boots, and swim faster without the need of +5 gloves. Magic Gladiators receive 7 stat points per level, as opposed to the 5 gained by the three basic classes. Magic Gladiators only have one class change to Duel Masters.


Long time ago, a story was told of a clan rising that wielded the sword and has able to master magic. In the ancient times, few men have mastered the art of magic and sword and these savants of might and magic are known as Magic Gladiators. The Magic Gladiators have found the secrets of casting their magic while wearing armor that would encumber any sorcerer. They can also wield blades as good as any knight. Due to their mystical nature they have endless endurance and can run for great distances. Magic Gladiators are also quick learners and advance faster than other classes.

Magic Gladiator

The Magic Gladiator starts its journey in Lorencia. This character mixes wizardry skills and knight skills with great elegance. You can create a Magic Gladiator when your primary character (Fairy Elf/Dark Knight/Dark Wizard) reach level 220. The Magic Gladiator can evolve in Due Master after the Third Class Quest at Priest Devin. This class does not have a quest at Priestess Sevina.

Duel Master

With great damage, wielding both staff and sword, the Duel Master can be a prominent figure in the PvP zone.

Tips and Tricks

Now before you create a MG / DM think about this.


  • Able to switch between melee and ranged attacks.
  • Able to use dark wizard and dark knight skills.
  • Easy to train
  • Very good damage and presence in PVP / Duel and even Castle Siege defending.


  • Got low hp which put him on the low corner when it comes to battling other character classes.
  • Once you're full stats your magic is almost USELESS since you don't need all magic spells.
  • You need to achieve level 220 with another character before creating an MG.

Warrior Skills


Power Slash
Using the right weapons, Magic Gladiators can cast fire bolts of lightning.


Fire Slash
Death awaits those who cross the path of a Magic Gladiator who wields the power of Fire Slash. This enables them to create fire in mid-air, kiling the opponent in a swift move of the blade.


Using a Shield, the Defense Skill helps the Magic Gladiator by positioning himself in a defensive posture. This way a Magic Gladiator can reduce the damage taken from enemy strikes by 50%. It proves very useful when besieged by too many enemies to effectively counter.


Slashing Skill
It is a dreadful skill that uses both blades of a sword to cut an enemy. Enemies who are attacked by this skill are damaged 2 times more than the other attacks.


Twisting Slash
A technique that allows the Magic Gladiator to whirl his weapon around him to attack all adjacent targets.

MG Uppercut Skill

It cleaves into an enemy through an upward slashing motion. While it may look simple and fluid, it takes a lot of dedication to master it.

MG Lunge Skill

Magic Gladiators who use the Legendary Sword, Gladius and Katana with a lunge skill can execute quick stab attacks on their enemies. Moreover, it penetrates deeply through an opponent's armor into the vital parts of the opponent.

Wizard Skills

MG Aqua Beam

Aqua Beam
This spell conjures a beam of concentrated elemental water that penetrates through multiple opponents.

MG Comet Fall

Comet Fall
The Cometfall spell conjures a bolt of energy that shoots targets from the sky.

MG Evil Spirit

Evil Spirit
This spell summons spirits to fight on the side of the caster. This damages all opponents within the Magic Gladiator's line of sight.

MG Fire Ball

Fire Ball
Even novice Magic Gladiators can master this simple technique easily. By shooting a huge tongue of fire, it gives a massive damage to enemies.

MG Flame

The Flame spell summons a pillar of flame which causes continuous damage on all creatures it touches.

MG Hellfire

Gladiators can conjure hellfire that springs up from the ground and hits multiple targets around him.

MG Ice

The Ice spell has a chance of chilling enemies, slowing down their movement and the speed of their attack.

MG Inferno

Inferno spell creates a ring of fire around the caster for a few seconds, instantly burning those who come too close to the wizard.

MG Lightning

Lightning spell that can knock enemies back.

MG Meteorite

This spell summons a meteorite from the heavens to smite opponents.

MG Poison

The Poison spell conjures poisonous vines that sprout from the ground near target's feet that may slow and poison the target. Poisoned enemies will slowly lose life over time until the poison wears off or is cured.

MG Power Wave

Power Wave
It shoots a wave of force towards the enemy. Power Wave digs under the ground and moves toward the enemy to deal moderate damage.

MG Twister

The Twister spell allows the caster to conjure small cyclones that can confuse the enemy when they are struck by it.

Special Skills

Spiral Slash
It can only be used in Castle Siege. A slash of fire spirals in the air while the blade is slashing through the enemy.


Mana Rays
It can only be used in Castle Siege. A bolt of blue mana light casts by the magic within the gladiator reaching straight to the enemy.


Your best magic spells to harass: Ice, Lightning.

Justification for Ice. Is there a BK chasing you? Simply ICE him and run away then continue with your simple skills and attacks, notice this works with mobs also. Although this ice is not good as Ice Storm from Soul Master it's still good to harass. PS: Useless against ring of ice users.

Justification for Lightning. Is there someone hitting you to death? Give him Lightning and watch how this dude moves out of his spot. Still good against Lightning Pendant users.

Your best magic spells to level and reset: Evil Spirits. There are tons of skill that you can try but Evil Spirits is the best skill especially if you want to AFK while doing your lovely reset.

Evil spirits work at InfinityMU to all amounts of agility (unlike other private servers for mu online) and there's none of the so-called "Agility bug" for all characters and spells here at InfinityMU.

Pvp Tricks

Sadly in order to have a fully functional MG you need to get expensive items and actually more items than the other characters. By functional, I mean in order to get this character into a "decent pvp level". The truth is that you barely won't compete against BK which is highly known for his PVP abilities but with the proper usage, you can be more of support in the battle, leave the rest for those BKs.

Your main job is simply to harass and hit from the distance, although it's not easy but if you master and manage the abilities to keep your opponent far from you, you got the victory or at least you're doing good.

Run > Hit > Run, sounds "stupid" but that's your strategy.

  • 1 Vs 1 you'll probably fall down especially vs BKs.
  • Reflect damage is your worst nightmare, due to your low HP.

The PvP flow goes like this.

  • BK > MG
  • DL > MG
  • MG > Elf
  • MG <-> SM ( no one kills each other )

Totally disappointing but that's an example on relative 1 Vs 1 power and match. Assume that both characters are equal on items/player knowledge/internet speed.

But as I said this is a character to gang bang your opponent so if your a solo player you're looking at wrong character.

Your best allies in terms of buffs/power ups:

  • BK Because you want your life at maximum !!
  • Elf Because you want maximum attack power, your defense sucks still even with her defense buff so never mind there.
  • SM Because you want to be immortal whatever you want to shot down your opponent without dying.
